Psychological trainings for the staff of emergency station take place in Nizhnekamsk

Psychologist and business coach from Kazan Tatyana Savelyeva will work with the staff of the ambulance station for 4 days this week. Psychologist is sure that the ambulance staff must have psychological skills. Paramedics must calm the patient with simple, human phrases and try to bring the patient and his relatives to the balanced state.
