Veteran of the healthcare sector, Neal Gabidinovich Khalfiev passed away

The veteran of the healthcare sector Neal Gabidinovich Khalfiev passed away when he was 81.

Neal Gabidinovich was born on  November 1, 1939 in the Nizhniy Naratbash village of Buinsky district of Tatarstan.

In 1967, he graduated from the Kazan State Medical Institute with a degree in sanitation. He worked as the head physician of sanitary-epidemiological station of Apastovsky district from 1967 to 1969, from 1969 to 1971  as the head of the infectious department of the  Verhnij Uslon hospital, from 1971 to 1975 – a medical expert. Since 1975, he worked at the department of x-ray radiology of KSMI. At the same time, he conducted medical and advisory activity in the polyclinic of the Republican Clinical Hospital, received the degree of candidate of medical sciences.

At the initiative of Khalfiev N. G., medical offices were equipped with modern x-ray equipment, which reduced the time of preclinical examination of patients and increased the throughput of x-ray rooms. He has a huge number of advanced achievements in medicine. He is the author of many scientific works and articles, as well as two inventions that are implemented in medical practice.

Neal Gabidinovich will go down in history as the author of the book "Brief Russian-Tatar dictionary for health professionals". This manual is used in the work of physicians and medical students to this day.

He was awarded the rank of veteran-participant of the Great Patriotic War for many years of conscientious work. Neil Gabidinovich was an active member of the veterans movement of KSMU.

Colleagues and workers of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan and the health Department of Kazan extend their sincere condolences to their families and friends. The blessed memory of Neal Gabidinovich will remain in our hearts and his name in the history of national health care.
