Starting today, mass vaccination against coronavirus has begun in Tatarstan.

"Anyone can get vaccinated against Covid-19 by making an appointment in a polyclinic at the place of residence," the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan confirmed to the correspondent of Tatar-inform IA.

Recall that one ampoule of the Sputnik V vaccine is counted for five people. After its opening, the open vial's shelf life is only two hours, so Tatarstan citizens should take responsibility for vaccination after setting an appointment and come to the medical facility at the appointed time.

"Sputnik V" is a two-phase vaccine; after the first visit, you will need to come back in 21 days to receive a second dose. If in the period between the two phases symptoms of ARVI appear, vaccination will have to be interrupted.

Antibodies to the coronavirus will appear two weeks after the second vaccination.

The information on how to get vaccinated and not get infected with Covid-19 can be found on the Sntat portal.
